The Gen Life Autologous Cell Banking Programme

Preserving the Biological Value of Today for the Medicine of Tomorrow

The future of personalised medicine may begin with something entirely your own: your cells.

Autologous cell banking is the collection and preservation of a person's own biological cells. As one of Gen Life's foundational programmes, it offers individuals the opportunity to preserve biological material from the present as medical science and appropriately regulated clinical applications continue to advance.

This is more than biological storage. It is a carefully coordinated pathway that begins with medical consultation and suitability assessment, followed by physician-led collection, specialist laboratory processing, quality verification, controlled cryopreservation and long-term documentation.

Autologous Hair-Follicle Cell Banking

Healthy hair follicles contain biologically valuable cells connected to the hair-growth environment.

Through a precise collection procedure, healthy follicles may be obtained from the patient and transferred to a specialist laboratory. The cells are then isolated, cultivated, assessed and cryopreserved under controlled conditions.

Depending on sample quality and individual suitability, the collected cells may be expanded to create a personal cell reserve. Long-term storage is designed to preserve this biological resource as hair-restoration science and future medical applications continue to evolve.

It is not simply about storing hair. It is about preserving part of the biological foundation from which future possibilities may emerge.

Autologous Natural Killer Cell Banking

Natural Killer or NK cells are an important part of the body's innate immune system, helping recognise and respond to abnormal or infected cells.

The Gen Life pathway may include an assessment of current NK-cell activity, followed by blood collection and specialist laboratory processing. Eligible immune cells can then be cultivated and preserved as an autologous biological resource belonging exclusively to the individual.

Preserving these cells provides a documented personal immune-cell reserve for potential future applications, subject to medical suitability, scientific evidence and the regulations in effect at the time of use.

Clinically Guided. Scientifically Processed. Securely Preserved.

Gen Life manages the patient's clinical pathway from assessment and collection to medical coordination and continued support. Specialist laboratory teams undertake the cell processing, quality evaluation and cryopreservation under controlled cell-banking conditions.

Every sample represents something irreplaceably personal. That is why the programme is designed around traceability, responsible handling, documented quality and long-term continuity.

This is not a promise of a future treatment. It is a considered opportunity to preserve part of your biology today, maintaining possibilities for a future in which medicine may become increasingly personal.

Preserve Today. Prepare for Tomorrow.

Dr. Jun-ichi Masuyama, Japan

The Japanese Scientific Lineage Behind Gen Life's NK-Cell Programme

At the heart of Gen Life's autologous Natural Killer cell programme is a direct connection to the Japanese medical expertise behind its underlying methodology.

The programme is informed by the work of Dr. Jun-ichi Masuyama, M.D., Ph.D., a Japanese physician and immunologist who has devoted decades to the study of immune-cell biology and the clinical development of autologous NK-cell protocols.

Dr. Masuyama developed the Osaki Method, a specialised process for cultivating and expanding Natural Killer cells derived from an individual's own blood. His research into this methodology has been published in the peer-reviewed medical journal Cytotherapy, establishing a documented scientific foundation for the protocol.

Through his educational and advisory guidance, this body of Japanese knowledge is being shared with the Gen Life medical team. Our Thai physicians are trained to understand the science of NK-cell activity, appropriate patient assessment and the clinical principles governing the autologous pathway.

Specialist laboratory processing is undertaken through Gen Life's cell-banking network using the transferred protocol and controlled laboratory procedures. Clinical assessment, patient suitability and medical oversight remain the responsibility of Gen Life's qualified Thai physicians and are governed by the regulations applicable in Thailand.

This creates a clear lineage of knowledge from the physician who developed the methodology in Japan to the doctors delivering the Gen Life programme in Thailand.

The Gen Life pathway may encompass NK-cell activity assessment, medical eligibility screening, blood collection, specialist processing and the preservation of the individual's own immune cells.

Any future clinical application remains subject to medical suitability, scientific evidence and the regulatory requirements in effect at the time.

This is more than access to laboratory technology. It is access to the scientific thinking, protocol knowledge and clinical discipline behind it, translated carefully into a locally led programme for Gen Life patients.

Japanese Innovation. Thai Medical Leadership. Your Own Immune Cells.
